CRM Specialist – Part-Time

Galen Data has an open position for a part-time CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist. The position would include working with the Galen Sales team managing the Galen Sales pipeline.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of CRM experience
• Professional sales experience preferable
• Medical device experience preferable
• B2B Enterprise SaaS experience preferable

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Sales team on the logistics of the sales process
• Help manage existing opportunities in the sales pipeline
• Work within the Galen CRM:
• Assist in entering and maintaining LEADS/DEALS in the Galen CRM
• Monitor sales funnel, notes, and overall sales activity
• Provide oversite to LEADS and DEALS flow
• Assist in managing, NDA(s), SaaS agreements, and other sales related documents
• Create reports and queries within the CRM
• Maintain, track, and report on sales metrics
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights
• Communicate clearly to stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Management)
• Manage data and integrations with other related tools
• Be available for weekly company sales meetings
• Provide input on how to grow and improve the CRM process
• Identify and report CRM issues, support solution activity
• Reports to the CEO

Compensation:

This is a part-time position with the opportunity for a full-time position overtime, expect around 20 hours per week. Compensation for this position will be payable in accordance with Galen’s standard payroll practices, and subject to any deductions permitted under law.
